About me

I am a Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist. This means that you will be at the centre of our work together and that I believe you know what is right for you. People often have a little trouble getting in touch with what they truly believe, this is one of the outcomes that we would work towards..

I have a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Warwick University and have worked with private clients, in an NHS setting, with the victims of sexual abuse and within a large company.  Previously I was a lawyer working in the corporate world. This gives me good insight into the unique pressures this environment can bring. I also attended a large boarding school and have worked with those who have struggled with this part of their lives.

I am a Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP).  I abide by the BACP  Ethical Framework for good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I welcome all clients. The most important thing is that once we have met we feel we could work together. Our relationship will be at the heart of what we do. I offer an initial session at a reduced rate £25 in order for us both to assess this.

I work from home, in Alveston, in the beautiful Warwickshire countryside with plenty of anonymous parking.

Sessions are £50 for an hour.
